We are seeking a results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to identify, attract, and qualify potential customers for our business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining a consistent pipeline of high-quality leads through various channels, supporting the sales team in achieving revenue targets.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities: Research and identify potential clients using online tools, databases, and market research Generate qualified leads through outbound channels such as cold emails, calls, LinkedIn outreach, and campaigns Manage and maintain lead data in CRM systems, ensuring accuracy and proper tracking Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop targeted lead generation strategies Qualify leads based on predefined criteria before passing them to the sales team Conduct initial outreach and nurture prospects to build interest in products/services Track, analyze, and report on lead generation performance and campaign effectiveness Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and new lead generation techniques Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or business development Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM) Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email automation tools, and prospecting platforms Ability to research and analyze target markets Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset Strong organizational and time management skills Preferred Qualifications: Experience in B2B lead generation Knowledge of digital marketing and inbound lead strategies Experience working in SaaS, tech, or startup environments Basic understanding of sales funnels and customer journey Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Number of qualified leads generated Conversion rate from lead to opportunity Outreach response rate Pipeline contribution Why Join Us: Opportunity to work in a fast-growing, dynamic environment Career growth and skill development Collaborative and innovative team culture
